Adele creates secret room in her house; fiancé Rich Paul is unaware
Singer-songwriter Adele, renowned for hits like “Rolling in the Deep” and “Skyfall,” is gearing up to rescue a number of cats as her Las Vegas residency comes to an end.
Engaged to sports agent Rich Paul, 43, Adele revealed that she’s building a secret cattery in their home—one that Rich has no idea about, according to reports from ‘Mirror UK.’
Adele plans to become an “emergency foster cat mum” after completing her 100-date residency next month. She shared with fans, “I’m absolutely going to become an emergency foster cat mum once I move into my new house. I’ve created a room that my fiancé doesn’t even know exists, and I’m going to have loads of crates built into the wall with all the supplies. He’ll never know about it, but now he might because I’ve said it on stage. I would happily do it full-time.”
Adele, who has a 12-year-old son named Angelo, has already rescued a few cats, including one humorously named Fella Hadid, inspired by model Bella Hadid. She has also mentioned plans to take an “incredibly long” break following her Vegas shows.
Her residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace began in November 2022, and during a performance in Munich over the summer, she expressed her need for a rest, stating, “I have spent the last seven years building a new life for myself, and I want to live it now.”
Reflecting on her future plans, she added, “I’m definitely going to do a culinary course. I’m actually a very good cook; I’m just not very good with my presentation.”
