The Bharatiya Senior Citizens of Chicago (BSC) welcomed New Year 2026 with a spectacular evening of music, dance, and festivities, bringing together nearly 450 members and guests at the Waterford Banquet Hall in Elmhurst on December 31, 2025.

BSC President Haribhai Patel opened the celebration with warm greetings, setting the tone for an unforgettable night. Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner catered by India House Catering, followed by Malai Kulfi ice cream to conclude the feast on a sweet note.

The entertainment lineup was a highlight, featuring the live music show “Manpasand” curated by Bhavana Modi, with acclaimed singers from Sa Re Ga Ma and Asia Singing Superstar, including Paulami Mazumdar, accompanied by a live band and DJ sets. Guests were thrilled by a Go-Go dancer performance, a dazzling LED Robot show on Bollywood hits, a balloon drop, party favors, a 360-degree photo booth, fresh paan counter, and raffle prizes, including $500 in cash, an iPad, an Apple Watch, and wireless earbuds.

At midnight, attendees joyfully welcomed the New Year, sharing greetings and good wishes in a spirit of unity. President Patel expressed heartfelt thanks to volunteers, sponsors, and supporters, noting the generous contributions of Mafatbhai Patel (Patel Brothers), Dr. Bharatbhai and Dr. Pannaben Barai, Ashok Punjabi (Chicago Import), Sunil Shah (R N International), and Dr. Rashmi Patel (Moksh Dham).

The event celebrated cultural pride, community, and togetherness, leaving participants with cherished memories as they ushered in 2026.
