Winners honored at 10th Vishwa Hindi video bhashan pratiyogitaa on World Hindi Day

Balodyan proudly announced that all winners of the 10th Annual Vishwa Hindi Video Bhashan Pratiyogitaa, the world’s first and only global Hindi video speech competition, were formally awarded their cash prizes and certificates on the occasion of World Hindi Day (Vishwa Hindi Diwas), January 10. The milestone edition of the competition once again reaffirmed Balodyan’s commitment to promoting the use of Hindi among young speakers worldwide.

The online contest was organized to mark Hindi Diwas on September 14, 2025, inviting Hindi-speaking children from across the globe to submit video speeches on the theme “Meri Yaadgaar Yaatraa” (My Memorable Journey). A total of 16 participants from different parts of the world enthusiastically took part, reflecting the growing global reach and relevance of the Hindi language among the younger generation.

The prizes were generously sponsored by Balodyan (www.balodyan.com) and awarded as follows: First Prize – $100 (₹8,500), Second Prize – $75 (₹6,500), Third Prize – $50 (₹4,500), and an Audience Vote Prize – $25 (₹2,100). In the Vaachaa Group (ages 7–10), the winners were Ananya Mahaveer Sagaonkar (First Prize)Vedant Ambrish Mishra (Second Prize)Arham Ravi Achaliya (Third Prize), and Jheel Manoj Kumat (Audience Vote Prize), who is also a prior first-prize winner in this category. In the VaaNii Group (ages 11–14)Manasvi Mahaveer Sagaonkar secured the First Prize as well as the Audience Vote Prize, followed by Laxmi Ajay Keshiya (Second Prize) and Anushka Madan Gupta (Third Prize).

Balodyan expressed sincere gratitude to the esteemed panel of judges from the Chicagoland area—Ashish Kathuria, Ratish Varshney, Ratnangi Malpekar, and Shridhar Joshi—for their thoughtful evaluation and support in finalizing the results. All contest rules and submitted entries are publicly accessible on Balodyan’s website, ensuring transparency and wider engagement.

Founded with the vision of nurturing Hindi language skills among children, Balodyan continues to encourage young Hindi speakers worldwide to use the language confidently in daily communication.
