The Chicago Indo-US Lions Club has strengthened its community outreach through two impactful donation drives, supporting students, families, and seniors across Illinois.

On November 11, 2025, the Club donated hygiene kits to young women at Lake Park High School. This initiative was inspired by student leaders Sunny Trivedi, Ian Witt, Kaden Garcia, Syesha Sakhuja, and Siyara Sakhuja, who suggested the donation to benefit their school community. The Lions Club honored their leadership by providing essential supplies that promote student health, confidence, and dignity.

A few days later, on November 14, 2025, the Club partnered with Seva Illinois and the Swaminarayan Temple in Wheeling to deliver food and hygiene kits to the Wheeling Food Pantry. The contributions provided timely assistance to local seniors and families, ensuring access to nutritious food and daily necessities.
