The Consulate General of India in Seattle hosted the second edition of the Invest India Business Forum at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center, spotlighting India’s growing investment opportunities and export potential across key sectors. The event was organized in partnership with the Montana World Affairs Council and Zoho and drew senior executives and leaders from the Greater Seattle region, including representatives from Microsoft, Salesforce, Amazon, and T Mobile.
Industry experts presented on opportunities in artificial intelligence, agri technology, quantum computing, photonics, healthcare, and higher education, outlining India’s progress and its expanding role as a global investment destination. As a follow-up to the forum, Greater Seattle Partners and the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce announced that they will lead Washington State’s largest trade mission to India from Wednesday through February 7, 2026. The delegation will include more than 30 members from the Port of Seattle, the City of Bellevue, the mayor of Redmond, and senior leadership from Microsoft, Amazon, and Boeing.
The forum also showcased Indian export-ready products, including Bhagwa variety pomegranates, Araku coffee, wines, spirits, and One District One Product items from all 28 Indian states. Providence CEO Eric Wexler highlighted India’s healthcare potential and the company’s new global capability center in Hyderabad, while Zoho demonstrated India’s push toward digital self-reliance through locally developed artificial intelligence solutions. The forum aimed to deepen economic ties between India and the US Pacific Northwest by advancing trade, tourism, and technology cooperation.
