
Shri Hanuman Mandir to celebrate Shrimad Bhagwat Katha with revered Shri Praful Maharaj Ji
The Siddh Peeth Mahabali Sankat Mochan Shri Hanuman Mandir, located in Shankaracharya Nagar, Haibowal Kalan in Ludhiana, Punjab, is all set to host the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha, a sacred and spiritually enriching event.
The Katha will be conducted by the highly revered Shri Praful Maharaj Ji from Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, from August 23 to August 29. In a recent conversation with e IndoUS Tribune, temple officials Anuj Madaan and Rishi Jain extended a warm invitation to all local and international devotees to participate in this spiritual event and receive divine blessings.
Temple President Aman Jain, along with other officials, traveled to the sacred Kamnapur Sinduri Mandir in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, to personally invite Shri Praful Maharaj Ji and Mata Monika Sharma Ji to preside over the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha. The invitation was delivered by Aman Jain, Anuj Madaan, Saurav Jain, Narendra Nathani, Arvind Kumar, and Sandeep Pabbi, representing the entire Shri Bala Ji family.
Shri Praful Maharaj Ji emphasized the profound spiritual significance of listening to the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha, stating that it has the power to cleanse the soul of sins accumulated over lifetimes and foster spiritual growth. Unlike other eras where attaining moksha required intense effort, in the Kaliyuga, merely listening to the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha can lead to liberation.
Anuj Madaan and Aman Jain, dedicated devotees of Shri Thakur Ji, highlighted that the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha is the essence of all Vedas. Listening to it not only brings contentment but also frees individuals from the cycle of sin. The ultimate goal of attending such sacred events is to achieve the highest spiritual objectives.
Saurav Jain and Rishi Jain noted that the Katha enhances devotion and faith in God. Simply listening to it boosts self-confidence and leads to success in life. During the event, prominent guests were welcomed by Aman Jain, Rishi Jain, Anuj Madaan, Saurav Jain, and Jyoti Gupta, who honored them with temple mementos. In the evening, all the devotees were blessed with the holy water of Mehndipur Shri Bala Ji, and the sacred flag was hoisted.
The day concluded with the recitation of the Shri Hanuman Chalisa during the evening gathering, and a special collective recitation of 2,440 Shri Hanuman Chalisa chants was performed by the temple community in celebration of Mangal Utsav on Tuesday.
The temple, under the leadership of President Aman Jain, also organized a series of Havan Yagyas and evening gatherings. The 1207th Havan Yagya was performed in the temple by Vijay Ji and Ishan Ji from the U.S., and the Vishal Reema Dhawan family from Canada, among others. The Yagya was conducted with complete rituals by the temple’s priests, including Pandit Vishnu Ji, Pandit Devi Dayal Ji, Pandit Ram Ji, Pandit Sanjay Ji, Pandit Suresh Ji, and Pandit Narayan Ji.
Renowned bhajan singers Aruna Puri, Ranjana Sood, Reema Dhawan, Vanshika Sharma, Bhai Mukesh Kumar, and Master Sanju captivated the devotees with their soulful bhajans during the evening gathering.
