US President Donald Trump on Tuesday blasted both Israel and Iran for breaching the recently announced ceasefire agreement, warning that their actions could jeopardize the fragile peace deal.

“These guys gotta calm down. It’s ridiculous,” Trump told reporters before departing for the NATO summit in The Hague. He expressed frustration with both sides, saying, “I didn’t like what I saw yesterday.”

Trump specifically accused Israel of launching a heavy airstrike shortly after the ceasefire was declared, saying, “They dropped a load of bombs the likes of which I’ve never seen before.” He also condemned Iran’s strong retaliatory missile strike, calling both sides reckless.

He emphasized that Israel violated the terms of the 12-hour wind-down window, launching attacks within the first hour. “I’m not happy with him. I’m not happy with Iran either,” Trump added, using unusually blunt language: “They don’t know what the f*** they’re doing.”

Earlier, Trump had posted a direct warning on Truth Social: “Israel, do not drop those bombs. If you do, it is a major violation. Bring your pilots home, now!”

Despite Trump’s call for restraint, Iran launched six missiles toward US bases in Iraq and Qatar. While no major damage occurred—thanks to American missile defense systems—the move escalated tensions.

Meanwhile, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu defended Israel’s actions, claiming that the country had met and exceeded its military objectives, eliminating nuclear threats and achieving air superiority over Tehran.

In response, Iran’s Foreign Ministry justified the strike on the Al-Udeid US base as an act of self-defense under Article 51 of the UN Charter, following the US bombing of Iran’s nuclear sites.
