UAE and US Presidents discuss deeper partnership in Abu Dhabi

UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and US President Donald Trump held high-level talks in Abu Dhabi on Thursday, reaffirming their countries’ commitment to strengthening a strategic partnership that spans over five decades.

The two leaders met at the Presidential Palace and discussed cooperation in key sectors such as investment, energy, advanced technology, artificial intelligence, and industry. They also unveiled the largest AI campus outside the US, located in Abu Dhabi.

Sheikh Mohamed emphasized the UAE’s ongoing commitment to global peace and multilateral cooperation, while Trump praised the UAE’s leadership and the growing strength of bilateral ties.

The talks also covered regional and international developments, with a shared focus on Middle East security and stability.

The visit concluded with a state banquet and Trump’s signing of the guestbook at Qasr Al Watan, where he reaffirmed the strategic importance of UAE-US relations and expressed support for further collaboration.
