Operation Sindoor: Second Indian delegation leaves for UAE
As part of ‘Operation Sindoor Outreach’, India has dispatched its second all-party parliamentary delegation to the United Arab Emirates, continuing its global effort to build consensus against terrorism and expose Pakistan’s role in supporting terror networks.
Led by Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde, the delegation will visit the UAE, Liberia, Congo, and Sierra Leone. Members include BJP MPs Bansuri Swaraj, Atul Garg, and Manan Kumar Mishra, BJD’s Sasmit Patra, IUML’s E.T. Mohammed Basheer, BJP leader S.S. Ahluwalia, and former ambassador Sujan Chinoy.
“This is a great opportunity to take India’s strong message of zero tolerance against terrorism to the world,” Shinde said.
The Ministry of External Affairs confirmed that seven delegations, comprising 59 MPs and diplomats, will travel to 33 countries by June 5. Their mission includes presenting intelligence from Operation Sindoor and urging global action against terrorism and its enablers.
Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri emphasized that India’s stance marks a “new normal” in counterterror diplomacy.
