World leaders condemn Pahalgam attack, extend support to India

After the heinous terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pahalgam that left 26 dead, world leaders have strongly condemned the violence and expressed full support to India, according to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).

The attack occurred on April 22 in the scenic Baisaran meadows, where terrorists targeted and shot innocent sightseers. Victims were reportedly singled out based on religion before being killed. Among the deceased were a Nepali national and a local Muslim ponywalla.

In the aftermath, India has taken diplomatic and strategic measures against Pakistan, which has been accused of supporting terrorism in the region.
