About Me
This is Dr. (H) Avi Verma, an immigrant with a profound vision and an unyielding determination to transform dreams into reality. Having moved to the USA over three decades ago, I embarked on a journey of hard work, community engagement, and entrepreneurial ventures that have left an indelible mark.
As a community activist and visionary leader, I founded Jagran TV Chicago in 2003, the first-ever non-commercial religious channel aimed at serving the Indian community and providing solace to those unable to access temples due to geographical constraints in Chicago. This endeavor underscored my commitment to fostering a sense of unity and spirituality within the community.
My entrepreneurial spirit has driven the establishment and success of various businesses, including Midwest Clinicals, Superfyt Inc, and Shanti and Wellness LLC. Serving as the founder and CEO, I have navigated the business landscape with resilience and innovation.
In recognition of my outstanding contributions to the community, I was honored with an Honorary Doctorate degree by renowned Medical University. School of Medicine in the Caribbean islands. This prestigious acknowledgment speaks to my commitment to exemplary community service and leadership.
Currently at the helm of Midwest Clinicals & Recruitment Corp (MCRC) in Chicago, I am dedicated to providing clinical training to the physicians of tomorrow, firmly believing that shaping the future is the most effective way to predict it.
Undeterred by challenges, I continue to forge ahead as a visionary by launching the IndoUs Tribune, a groundbreaking venture with a primary focus on fostering Indo-US relationships and delving into India’s foreign policy. Through this platform, I aim to contribute meaningfully to the discourse surrounding international relations.
Join me in this journey of innovation, collaboration, and transformation.
Sincerely, Dr. (H) Avi Verma Publisher, IndoUs Tribune
