JP Nadda Visits Bihar for Two Days to Inaugurate Healthcare Facilities and Meet BJP Leaders

BJP National President and Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare J.P. Nadda arrived in Patna on Friday for a two-day visit. During his trip, Nadda will inaugurate five new healthcare facilities across the state and meet with party leaders.

Upon arrival, Nadda was warmly greeted by BJP leaders, including Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha, state president Dilip Jaiswal, Rituraj Sinha, Mangal Pandey, and others at the Patna airport.

Rituraj Sinha, the BJP’s National Secretary, stated, “J.P. Nadda’s visit is expected to significantly boost the morale of party workers in Bihar. Over the next two days, he will engage in various activities, including visits to Patna, Bhagalpur, Gaya, Darbhanga, and Muzaffarpur, and will meet with party organizations.”

Sinha added that Nadda’s presence would energize BJP workers and provide a fresh impetus to the party’s membership drive.

During his visit, Nadda will inaugurate several key healthcare projects. One major development is a multi-specialty hospital in Bhagalpur’s Barari locality, built at a cost of Rs 200 crore. This facility aims to ease the burden on the Bhagalpur Medical College and Hospital in Mayaganj and offer critical healthcare services to East Bihar and neighboring districts of Jharkhand and West Bengal. The hospital will feature outpatient services in neurology, cardiology, nephrology, plastic surgery, among others.

Additionally, Nadda will open an eye hospital at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (IGIMS) in Patna and another multi-specialty hospital in Gaya, also constructed for Rs 200 crore.

Local authorities have heightened security measures across all locations. After his visit to Gaya, Nadda will return to Patna on Friday evening for an organizational meeting with BJP leaders. On Saturday, he will review the construction progress of AIIMS Darbhanga at Sobhan Bypass and later visit Muzaffarpur to inaugurate another healthcare facility.
