Indian MPs arrive in Bahrain for anti-terror outreach
An Indian all-party parliamentary delegation led by BJP MP Baijayant Jay Panda arrived in Bahrain as part of Operation Sindoor, India’s diplomatic initiative to counter cross-border terrorism and build global consensus.
The multi-nation tour will also cover Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Algeria. The Indian Embassy in Bahrain confirmed the delegation’s arrival and noted that India’s stand against terrorism will be central to all meetings.
Panda emphasized the bipartisan unity of the group, saying that after military victories, it’s vital to maintain global focus on terrorism. AIMIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi and Rajya Sabha MP Satnam Singh Sandhu also stressed the delegation’s mission to highlight Pakistan’s continued support for terrorism.
The visit aims to reinforce India’s message on global platforms and strengthen regional partnerships in the fight against terror.
