Indian MPs in Japan expose Pakistan’s terror links

An Indian all-party parliamentary delegation, led by JD(U) MP Sanjay Kumar Jha, concluded a key outreach visit to Japan by engaging with the Indian diaspora and Japanese leaders to highlight Pakistan’s role in the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack.

The delegation, part of India’s Operation Sindoor campaign, included MPs from the BJP, TMC, CPI(M), and Congress. They framed the operation as India’s “new normal” response to cross-border terrorism, particularly state-sponsored attacks from Pakistan.

At the Indian Embassy in Tokyo, the team detailed the Pahalgam attack and India’s targeted response that eliminated nine terror bases. The delegation emphasized India’s zero-tolerance policy on terrorism and urged the diaspora to raise global awareness.

The group met Japan’s former Prime Minister, Foreign Minister, and Defence Minister, securing Tokyo’s support for India’s anti-terror efforts. They concluded the visit with tributes to freedom fighters Rash Behari Bose and Mahatma Gandhi, reinforcing India’s commitment to peace and resilience.
