Operation Sindoor: Indian delegation in UAE to expose Pakistan’s terror links
An all-party Indian parliamentary delegation, led by Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde, arrived in the UAE on Thursday as part of India’s Operation Sindoor — a major international campaign to expose Pakistan’s support for cross-border terrorism.
The delegation, which includes BJP MPs Bansuri Swaraj, Atul Garg, and Manan Kumar Mishra, along with IUML’s E.T. Mohammed Basheer, BJD’s Sasmit Patra, BJP leader S.S. Ahluwalia, and former Ambassador Sujan Chinoy, is set to visit Liberia, Congo, and Sierra Leone after the UAE.
Indian Ambassador to the UAE Sunjay Sudhir and FNC member Ahmed Mir Khoori welcomed the delegation, with the Indian Embassy emphasizing the close India-UAE ties and shared commitment to global peace.
Shinde said the mission aims to present India’s firm stance against terrorism and reinforce its right to self-defense under international law. The delegation will share evidence of Pakistan’s support for terror groups like LeT and JeM with global stakeholders.
This outreach is part of a broader diplomatic effort, involving multiple delegations visiting 33 countries to build international consensus against state-sponsored terrorism.
